General Care
Environmental conditions can affect furniture longevity. As a best practice:

Stone & Composite Surfaces Ceramic
Durable and dirt-resistant, ceramic is an ideal surface for both indoor and outdoor use. It requires minimal maintenance:

Upholstered Fabrics

Bouclé

Plush Velvet

Leather

- Dust frequently using a dry, soft cloth.
- Keep out of direct sunlight and away from alcohol-based products, which can cause fading and cracking.
- For light cleaning, use a non-abrasive leather cleaner and wipe the entire surface area in circular motions. Avoid spot cleaning only one area to prevent uneven wear

Mobilart Décor takes pride in continually offering the highest quality service for the last 50 years. Mobilart’s delivery service is more than a means of safe and efficient transportation, it is our commitment to your satisfaction. Liability

Refund Policy
At Mobilart Décor, we believe in creating a hassle-free luxury shopping experience for our customer. That’s why if you are not satisfied with your purchase we will happily offer you a refund for your purchased item(s) within 7 days of receiving your purchase. We pride ourselves in making sure our customers are completely satisfied with the item(s) purchased.
Return And Exchanges
At Mobilart, your satisfaction is our highest priority and for this reason, we offer 3 different options for you to choose from.

Eligibility: Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if the wrong item was sent so that we can rectify the situation and make sure you are completely satisfied.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@mobilart.ca. If your return is accepted, we’ll email you a prepaid return shipping label and schedule a pickup for the item at the original delivery location. We try our best to make sure you’re satisfied; thus we will pick the lowest shipping rate available which will be deducted from your refund. Once the return is approved and the item is returned, we will automatically refund on your original payment method. This refund amount may be subject to restocking fees and return shipping fees. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, unassembled with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted and will be shipped back to your original delivery location at the expense of the customer.
A returned item is subject to a restocking fee. When unboxing the item, please do so with care keeping in mind that items can only be returned if unassembled and in the original packaging. We do take into consideration that the package will be opened upon delivery and we expect normal wear and tear caused by shipping and handling of the package. However, if the item is returned with visible damage to the packaging a 20% restocking fee will apply. If a package is refused at delivery, we automatically consider it as a return, applicable charges will be deducted from your refund. Items that do not include intact and complete original packaging cannot be returned. Any assembled item and items delivered through white glove delivery services will not be accepted as returns. Any custom product such as special orders or personalized items are not eligible for return. If you have any questions regarding an item in question, please contact us for more information.
Please make note that it is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the delivery location is adequately accessible and that the purchased items are deliverable while paying careful attention and consideration of the size and dimension of the item(s) provided by the item description page.
